The release of Australia's first 15-year Infrastructure Plan and a reinvigorated Infrastructure Priority List marks the culmination of 18 months work by Infrastructure Australia.
We've taken the challenges that these audits uncovered, and worked with governments, industry experts and the public to identify how Australia can best address these challenges, culminating in The Australian Infrastructure Plan.

In accordance with its requirements under the Infrastructure Australia Act 2008, Infrastructure Australia (IA) is committed to undertaking regular reviews of the cost benefit analysis methodology which forms part of IA's Assessment Framework, used to assess submissions and proposals.
In keeping with these commitments, IA initiated a review of the Assessment Framework that was coordinated internally, and undertaken with the assistance of external expert advisers.

IA's Australian Infrastructure Audit showed how the demands of growth will have a profound effect on Australia's productivity and liveability. Mark outlined IA's proposed reform and investment response to these issues, to be contained in the 15 year Australian Infrastructure Plan.
