Infrastructure Finance Reform Issues Paper: Report prepared by the Infrastructure Finance Working Group, July 2011


This issues paper released by the Infrastructure Finance Working Group aims to identify barriers to attracting infrastructure finance and develop options to encourage greater private sector investment.

The paper examines various models of infrastructure finance that are in use throughout Australia and internationally and seeks to establish the significance of purported impediments to private sector infrastructure investment.

The Infrastructure Finance Working Group encouraged stakeholders and interested parties to respond to the ideas and questions in the paper and raise any other relevant issues.
