This document gives an overview of Infrastructure Australia's Assessment Framework. 

The Assessment Framework is designed to help you to develop high-quality infrastructure proposals for submission to us. It provides a national standard for best-practice infrastructure development, and explains our requirements and process for assessing proposals.

The Overview document explains the structure of the Assessment Framework, provides a summary of each stage in our four-stage submission process, explains what has changed since the last edition, introduces you to our Assessment Criteria and explains how best to engage with us during the submission process.
