CityLink Tullamarine Widening Project (2015)

In 2016, Infrastructure Australia recommended that the CityLink – Tullamarine Widening Project move from ‘Threshold’ to ‘Ready to Proceed’ on the Infrastructure Priority List.

The proposed solution includes widening of the Tullamarine Freeway and CityLink (to the M1), by at least one additional lane in each direction; the implementation of a Motorway Management System; and various other works and upgrades.
