Efficiencies in Major Project Procurement: Volume 2: Consultation Outcomes Report

Publication Date
01 June 2012

This report is the result of a consultative study carried out in 2011 to identify measures that contribute to efficiency in the procurement of major infrastructure projects.

The report is in two volumes. This volume (Volume 2) analyses the interactive stakeholder sessions that were held as part of the consultative study. Through those sessions a set of features that contribute to efficiency in procurement and a set of time benchmarks were developed for each phase in the procurement process. Those efficiency features were then aligned with efficiency strategies and time metrics were developed for each procurement phase.
