The Reform Priority List contains 29 recommendations that make up the reform agenda in the 2021 Australian Infrastructure Plan.

You can search or filter the list above and then view a summary of each recommendation, including related information such as progress measures and summaries of the evidence-based impact assessment that informs reform prioritisation. 

Also included for each recommendation is the Implementation Pathway, a detailed breakdown of outcomes and activities necessary to enact the reform recommendation, and the associated sponsors and leads for these activities.

For each recommendation, outcome and activity, we propose change agents to act as:

• Proposed sponsor: facilitate, coordinate and champion the recommendation
• Proposed lead: deliver specific activities or lead related outcomes
• Support: share ownership, contributions or knowledge to enable the reform process.
