The Reform Priority List provides an assessment of the expected impacts of each reform proposed in the 2021 Australian Infrastructure Plan, based on multi-criteria analysis.

It guides decision-makers  on which reforms to focus on and provides a summary of their strengths and trade-offs.

It highlights reforms that have significant impact overall, those that are best suited for meeting specific policy priorities and how each is expected to perform under different future scenarios.
