Brisbane Metro

On 16 February 2018, Infrastructure Australia added the Brisbane Metro project, by Brisbane City Council, as a High Priority Project on the Infrastructure Priority List.

This proposal provides priority investment in bus infrastructure in Brisbane. The benefits include reducing delays and queues and removing bottlenecks on the South East Busway, by providing higher capacity metro vehicles.
