The paper examines various models of infrastructure finance that are in use throughout Australia and internationally and seeks to establish the significance of purported impediments to private sector infrastructure investment.

The Infrastructure Finance Working Group encouraged stakeholders and interested parties to respond to the ideas and questions in the paper and raise any other relevant issues.
