This report presents key results of a review of Project Governance Delivery, which was based on a survey carried out in December 2012. It presents data on infrastructure projects in Australia that fail to meet their baseline time, cost and quality objectives. It also looks at the level of non-compliance with project governance basics and gives an overall governance performance score card.

The report provides short-term and long-term recommendations to improve project governance and suggests a phased approach to implementing those recommendations.
