The Stage 3 volume of the Assessment Framework is designed for anyone wishing to submit a business case (Stage 3 submission) to Infrastructure Australia. 

During Stage 3 of Infrastructure Australia’s assessment process, you will undertake a detailed assessment of options that respond to problems and opportunities identified in Stage 1 and Stage 2, and document the outcomes in a business case. When you submit your business case to us, we will assess your detailed options analysis process, the merit of your preferred option and the deliverability considerations of the proposal.
